At Contract Exteriors, we’re dedicated to the art of roofing – but we’re more than just a roofing contractor. We also install siding, decks, windows, doors, and everything else that makes up the exterior of your home. Being both versatile and specialized requires continuous education and training.
Without a thirst for knowledge and the desire to make ourselves better, we know something would fall by the wayside. We’re devoted to keeping up with our craft and being the best exterior remodeling company we can be. Ongoing training helps us stay sharp, and it also helps us provide better service to you, the homeowner.
Educational Events
Our team members regularly attend training events. Our installers, project managers, and office staff all look forward to learning more and becoming even better at their jobs.
We’ve been busy for the last couple of months, and we have a busy Fall ahead of us.
- CCN Sales Boot Camp in Maryland Aug 24th-28th – At this event, we focused on customer satisfaction. CCN’s sales experts stress the importance of listening to the customer, answering any and all questions, giving accurate estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a project that’s both on time and on-budget. We never want the sales process to be a source of frustration for you, the homeowner, so we work hard to make sure we’re meeting your needs and answering your questions.
- CCN Blue Collar Management Boot Camp in Maryland Sept 10th-12th – This boot camp will be an intense three days, but we’re looking forward to it. Our goal here is to help our installers, managers, and office staff work as a perfect team. We’re already good communicators, and we love our co-workers, but we know there’s always room for improvement. We want to build the most efficient, detail-oriented, focused, communicative, and customer-focused team we can. We’re already all on the same page, and we know there’s nowhere to go but up. When we work as a perfect team, we can offer even better service to you.
- CCN Fall Peak Performance Conference in Chicago Sept 28th – Oct 2nd – This is one of the biggest events of the year for contractors around the country. We get to meet other successful contractors and learn from their experiences. We’ll also be treated to world-class seminars on management, customer service, and office administration. CCN’s Fall Conference also provides the best hands-on training in the business, and our installers are always excited to learn something new.
- Remodeling Show in Chicago Oct 1st – 2nd – While we’re in Chicago, we’re attending another event, too. We’ll take any high-quality learning opportunity that comes our way. At the Remodeling Show, we’ll get a chance to meet with industry-leading manufacturers, who help us serve you with better materials and more knowledge. There’s plenty of business training and hands-on training to go around, too. The Remodeling Show is also a great place to chat with other contractors from around the country and see how they’re providing great service to their customers.
More Training
We don’t limit our training to conferences. Sure, we love traveling, meeting new people, and learning from nationally-respected experts, but we can do some of that right here on the Carolina Coast, too.
