Dear Homeowner,

As a valued customer of Contract Exteriors, we want to assure you that your project is a top priority for us. As you are aware, we are working through some very unusual times as our nation is gripped by the Coronavirus Pandemic.

As a business, we are taking every precaution possible when it comes to the health and safety of our employees and our customers. Currently, we are operating as business as usual, however, as Governor McMaster releases more mandates, this may change. We will keep you updated if our operating hours are affected.

Contract Exteriors remains committed to providing you with the level of service and professionalism that our homeowners have come to expect. We recognize that this is an unprecedented, ever-evolving situation, and that you may have questions as to how this will impact your project.

Below are answers to some Frequently Asked Questions.

Question: Is Contract Exteriors open and operational?
Answer: Yes, Contract Exteriors is fully operational under our normal hours.

Question: What if my project has not started?
Answer: Contract Exteriors is doing everything possible to keep your project on schedule. However, we are beginning to see a slow down in distribution and material deliveries. As this impacts your project we will update you. We are also preparing for the worst-case scenario of a “Shelter in Place” mandate from the government. This will put a complete stop to any job in progress, consequently delaying our pending projects as well. Your Contract Exteriors team will update you if this happens.

Question: What if my project is in progress?
Answer: Our team at Contract Exteriors is taking every precaution when it comes to the safety of our team members, as well as our customers. We are working as diligently as possible to complete your project in a timely manner. That being said, we are preparing for the worst-case scenario of a “Shelter in Place” mandate from the government. This will put a complete stop to any job in progress. If this does occur, we will make sure that any active job site is secured against the elements and weather tight until the mandate is lifted.

Question: What if I have additional questions?
Answer: Please feel free to reach out to our office with any additional questions or concerns you may have 843-357-9234

We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and will respond as soon as possible with updates to our offices and processes.

Our thoughts are with you and your families during this uncertain time, and we hope you stay safe and healthy.

Sincerely,

Randy Hann
President, Contract Exteriors
